How Can I Volunteer?

Friends of the Historic Columbia River Highway is an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.  We will need substantial help from volunteers to accomplish our goals.

We are seeking additional volunteers at all levels, from Road Gang members (See Road Gang description) to a couple of hours on one day per year.  There are important tasks that the Friends would like to do that are not being accomplished, due to lack of volunteers, including adding an antique bike contest to the Gorge Ride and bringing back the Columbia Classic evening run along the HCRH.

Our updated volunteer opportunities include tasks that can be completed at your computer in the comfort of your home, to outdoor activities and more!  Whether you volunteer once per year, an hour or two per month or occasional/as needed - we urge you to apply online  using our Volunteer Form today.  Here is a full list of volunteer opportunities.

Help us get back on the road!  Your donation of time can make a big difference!
